My primary theoretical orientation is Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), emphasizing the importance of early attachment processes on individual development. EFT is a client-centered approach that emphasizes utilization of attachment theory and relations.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns holding you back, build healthier connections, and develop tools to move forward with confidence and a skillset you can utilize in a variety of situations and relationships.

My approach is compassionate and collaborative, creating a safe space where you can share your story, and process your experiences.

Adults who are wanting to explore the deeper part of themselves, strengthen their relationships, heal from their past traumas, and work toward a meaningful life through developing healthy patterns and committing to the process of healing.

I truly do enjoy working with people. Helping others brings such important meaning in my life and I love to celebrate the small (& big) steps in life!

I started my private practice about 3 years ago but have been practicing for the past 10 years. I enjoy working in this field and plan on sticking to this career for as long as I can!
