Together we’ll look at the patterns showing up in your relationships and how they connect to stress, anxiety, or feeling emotionally drained. We’ll work on trust, communication, and boundaries so you can express yourself clearly, respond instead of react, and feel more grounded in how you show up with others.

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or worn down by relationships. You might struggle with trusting others, speaking up for your needs, or setting boundaries without guilt. Often, you’re the one who shows up for everyone else but you’re not sure how to do that without losing yourself.

I became a therapist because I believe healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and not judged. I’m passionate about helping people understand their relational patterns, heal from past experiences, and build healthier ways of connecting with others and with themselves.

My practice is a calm, supportive space for working through relationship stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions are collaborative and paced at what feels right for you. The focus is always on meaningful change you can feel in your daily life and relationships.
