I have experienced and recovered from my own trauma and wanted to help people do the same. I wanted to help people create a good life for themselves.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, with a focus on attachment issues, as well as traditional talk therapy to guide you as you heal your inner child and learn to give yourself what you need to live healthier and happier.
